Friendly, formal or AI-innovative?

Hi everyone! I am new to this groups and a rookie in Articulate. My goal is to create elearning materials for the onboarding of new hires of pharma/ science/ tech companies. As these materials will be part of my personal presentation to very specific potential clients, which style do you think is more appropriate: friendly, formal or AI-innovative?
