Hi there CarrieBrooks I hope when I'm responding to this, you haven't been stuck in the video for 12 days ;). I think you should be able to just select the Escape key to exit the video component.

I can tab out but I don't have control of where the tab lands. For ex., I tab out and the tab skips over text content and lands on the next video. Also, the ADA compliance person (who knows nothing about Articulate) is asking me to
Is there a way to change the display of the focus indicator? Sometimes it is clearly visible, other times it is not. Last, is there a very updated video that can teach me more about all of this?Ensure all focusable elements after the embedded video display a clear visible focus indicator. Review the focus order and styling around the embedded video and surrounding interactive elements. Thank you!Carrie- SamHillLegend
Hi CarrieBrooks tab is only used to navigate through interactive, focusable, elements. Elements such as text, non interactive images will not receive tab focus. This is the correct and expected behaviour.
When using a screen reader to access content, the tab key is very rarely used to move through the content. The tab key is used primarily by keyboard only users and not keyboard + screen reader users.
Examples of focus able elements are:
- Buttons
- Links
- Form elements (radio, checkbox, input)
