Hi Everyone! Im Joanna Bultman, I work and live in Kokomo , IN as Sr. Engineering Operations Technologist. I administer all the information Systems, Develop the processes and Training materials for Validation Engineering sites globally.
Our Team is in the process of transitioning to a new work request toolset and that is going to require new and updated processes and training materials for each of the lab disciplines. Im looking forward to learning new and creative ways to use Articulate.
I am fortunate to have a hybrid job that allows me to work from home a few days of the week to be with my furbabies dog Chase , and two kitties Cheech and Felix. I tried to upload pictures, but it seems that it is a data leak from my work computer , and its blocked :(

Hi everyone — I’m Belinda (Belinda Dodd) from Belfast, Maine. I work at athenahealth. I help turn payer rules into the system logic that makes medical claims get formatted, coded, and sent correctly — basically keeping billing accurate and fewer claims getting rejected.
We train people with 3–6 week bootcamps (depends on the role) that mix technical, process stuff, hands‑on practical work, and coaching so new hires can hit the ground running.
I joined this cohort because I’m geeking out over the new AI features in Articulate and want easy, repeatable ways to use AI to make our courses more engaging, impactful and speed up ramp time. Bonus: I have three goofy dogs — Brewski, Teddy, and Big Moe!
Wow BelindaDodd - I'm in Western Maine; always excited to connect with other Mainers in ELH!

Hi, I'm Courtney Drayer. I am the Associate Director of Environmental Health and Safety at Yale University. Our instructional designers report through my line and at previous jobs I did instructional design. I am hoping to learn how AI can increase our productivity.

Hi everyone! I’m Allyssa Antunes, based in Connecticut, and I serve as an Instructional Designer and Content Developer at Yale University within Environmental Health & Safety.
On paper, my role is instructional design. In practice, I spend my days translating regulatory and scientific content into learning experiences that are clear, actionable, and compliant. I partner closely with SMEs and leadership to design interactive eLearning in Storyline, manage large-scale programs in Workday Learning, map training pathways, and troubleshoot system and learner experience issues. I love living at the intersection of strategy, systems, and storytelling...
I joined this Cohort because we’ve recently added AI Assistant to our e-learning toolkit, and I want to be intentional about how I incorporate it into my design workflow. For me, this isn’t just about speed. It’s about working smarter and freeing up time from formatting and drafting so I can focus more on the larger learning development picture.
Looking forward to learning with all of you!

My name is Shanna Hacker and I’m based in Indianapolis, Indiana. I’m an instructional designer at Liberty Mutual Insurance, where I spend my days analyzing learning needs, designing curricula, authoring interactive e-learning, and partnering with SMEs and stakeholders to deliver effective training solutions. I regularly use Articulate AI tools to generate images and visuals, and working with the tool has also helped me with creating triggers and setting up variables within our modules. I joined this Certification Cohort to deepen my practical skills with Articulate AI, specifically to learn best practices, accelerate development workflows, and produce higher-quality, more consistent learning content for our learners.
Nice to meet you, ShannaHacker! You are absolutely in the right place to learn new practical skills and workflows to take your AI Assistant expertise to the next level.
Krypto looks like he's in his happy place sleeping in the snow! ❄️

Hi everyone,
I'm Sophie. I work for Bloomberg as an instructional designer and e-learning builder, primarily focused on professional and leadership skills. My day-to-day role involves working with our Talent Strategy team to determine the needs of our employees, then creating engaging learning experiences, whether these are live workshops or self-paced resources.
I joined this cohort to understand all the AI Assistant features that Articulate has to offer.
I work out of our NYC headquarters, but live in Westchester with these two troublemakers - Loki and Milo.
Nice to meet everyone! - RebeccaWong1Community Member
Hello! I’m Rebecca Wong from Staunton, Virginia. I work as an Instructional Designer for Sentara Health, mostly creating asynchronous online courses for employees.
My partner in crime is Loki (pictured below). His job is to slowly creep onto my keyboard without alerting me until there are 12,000 extraneous keystrokes on my latest course or in a random Teams message. If he can accomplish that, he has had a productive and satisfying day.
As for what I’m hoping to get out of this certification…. Is complete AI mastery too much to hope for in 2 weeks? Yes? Well then, I’ll settle for finding some practical ways to use AI to develop courses more efficiently.
