Hello, my name is Erin Anderson. I’m based in Reno, Nevada, and live in the Somersett area. I lead a team of graphic and instructional designers who develop post-sales training content.
I’m interested in exploring how AI can help us work more efficiently in our production and design processes. I’d also like to find ways to reduce our reliance on Rise (when appropriate) and incorporate more Storyline-based interactivity into our courses.
While Rise is a strong and valuable tool, we likely use it more than we should. My goal is to shift our learning experience design toward more engaging, hands-on learning experiences that rely less on text and create more meaningful interaction for learners.

Hey everyone! I'm Amy, and I work as a Learning Architect at Harvard University. I began using Storyline back in...2009?! It's come such a long way since then! In addition to hands-on asynchronous course development myself, I also consult with content creators around the university who are learning to use these authoring tools (Rise particularly, these days) themselves to develop their own training content. Over the past two years or so I've been exploring ways to integrate AI into my workflow as a learning designer, and the tools in Articulate Rise and Storyline are part of that. I'm really excited to dive into the videos, activities, and discussions that this cohort provides!
Here are my two furry pals, Elsa (goldendoodle) and Polihale (tuxedo cat). 🙂

Hi Everyone! I'm Christina Brow, an Epic Trainer at Emory Healthcare. My day to day consists of teaching and developing curriculum, supporting training for various projects, and participating in insurance mapping. I joined this Cohort with hopes to strengthen my skills in building content in Rise and Storyline using AI features. Unfortunately, I don't have a furry friend to share, but of all the pictures are adorable.

Hi everyone! My name is Trayden and I’m based in Johnson City, TN. I work at BWX Technologies. My role in Ethics & Compliance
involves supporting technical and training-related work, and a lot of my day-to-day includes working with content, processes, and tools that help people learn complex information more effectively.
I joined this certification cohort because I’m interested in learning how to use AI more effectively in course design and training development. I’m hoping to build practical skills that help me create clearer, more engaging learning content while also speeding up parts of the development process.
Looking forward to learning from everyone’s experiences and seeing how others are using AI in their work!

My name is Jozefa, and I’m a Senior Instructional Designer with Everpure based in Santa Clara, CA. I’ve worked in instructional design for over 15 years, with a background in Sales & Marketing and Technical Support. I also hold a PMP and have led IT and Cybersecurity projects.
In my current role, I use AI daily to support Engineering bootcamps, ramp-up programs, and certification courses for key Everpure technologies. I’m excited about the potential of AI in learning design. After watching the first video, I’m especially impressed by the AI capabilities within Articulate Rise and look forward to exploring them further with you all.

Hi Everyone,
Sorry I'm late to the party - had to leave town last week for a last-minute trip. Working hard today to catch up to everyone. My name is Tim Asher and I'm a Senior Instructional Designer at Liberty Mutual Insurance supporting cross-team projects for the U.S. Retail Markets organization. I'm located in Lockport, NY (just north of Buffalo) and I live with my wife Lori and daughter Sophie. No pets yet, but my daughter and I have been "negotiating" with my wife for the last few years to get a dog. No success yet, but we're still at it. Again, sorry I'm late to the team. I look forward to working and learning with everyone. Thanks.

Hi, I tried to reply last week but I never saw my post when I went back to look for it. I work for Baker Hughes on the technical training team. I am looking to update dozens of web based trainings this year and excited to get the most out of AI to do it as efficiently as possible.
We've got a cholate lab mix, Greyhound and lab / great pyrenees mix that keep us busy at home!

Hello I'm Tiffany,
I also work with I-CAR. I live in Wisconsin (and am fortunate to spend a few weeks at a time working from Florida too). Our ID team has been using AI for narrations for a bit, and we know there are likely many efficiencies we could learn. From a cohort group it's always good to hear what pain points you've encountered and how you worked around them.
I do have a cat - Indy, a 10 yr old lab/husky - Luna, and a 3 yr old King Charles Cavie (who goes to FL also) I didn't post a pic but I'll catch up on that later. 😜 - LauraGiannotti-Community Member
Hi everyone!
My name is Laura Giannotti, and I’m based in Florida. I work in Thomson Reuters Professional Services as a Learning Experience Designer. Day to day, I design and build learning experiences, thinking through how people actually learn, translating complex content into clear, engaging training, and partnering closely with stakeholders to make sure learning solutions are practical, effective, and human-centered.I joined this Certification Cohort because I’m excited to deepen my skills, learn from others doing similar work, and get more intentional about applying best practices in my projects. I’m especially looking forward to expanding my toolkit, getting inspired by different perspectives, and leaving the cohort with ideas I can immediately put into action.
My babies are Jackson and Emma.
