Hi everyone! My name is Lisa Meyer, and I'm located out of St. Paul, Minnesota. I currently work at Thomson Reuters as a Lead Learning Experience Designer in Sales Enablement. My focus these days is on system and compliance trainings, but I also love to mentor new team members and continue my own development.
I’ve been in the corporate training world for 30 years and have seen a lot of changes over the years and I’m eager to see what we can do now with Articulate!
Bonus: I do have a pet at home! Meet Barnabas (aka Barney), a beagle, basset hound mix of sorts. He’s loud, but sweet (most of the time). I’m looking forward to meeting everyone and your pets as well!

Hello Everyone!
I'm Jennie Riehm. I’m an instructional designer based in Austin, TX, where I work fully remote for Burlington Stores. My role focuses on creating engaging learning experiences that support our store teams and help them deliver great results. When I’m not designing training, I’m usually spending time with my four-legged crew (pictured below). I’m excited to connect, learn, and collaborate with this cohort!

Hi everyone! I’m Sarah Bush, joining from upstate New York. I’m the Manager of Enterprise Learning Strategy & Design at Excellus BCBS, where I spend most of my time shaping learning strategy and partnering across the organization to ensure our Workday Learning ecosystem supports growth and performance. I also chair our Learning Governance Steering Committee and led our transition from Cornerstone to Workday Learning in 2024.
I joined this Articulate AI Assistant Certification Cohort because I’m excited to strengthen how we use AI to design content more efficiently and creatively. I’m hoping to walk away with practical techniques that will elevate my team’s workflow and the learning experiences we deliver.
And for the bonus: (no photo) I have a harlequin Great Dane, who is convinced she’s a lap dog despite overwhelming evidence to the contrary. She regularly attends virtual meetings and takes her role as Chief Morale Officer very seriously.
Looking forward to learning with all of you!
SarahBush I'm so glad you're part of this cohort! You bring a wealth of strategy experience to this group. I can't wait to hear your thoughts about AI Assistant as we dig into the tool over the next two weeks.
Also, your Great Dane sounds beautiful. Why is it that the most gigantic dogs always want to be lap dogs? 😆

Hi everyone!
I'm Kristin, the Training Coordinator at BWXT-Euclid in Ohio. We work with the government and my location specifically makes a unique part for the Navy's submarines and aircraft carriers. Beyond that, I can't tell you much else! 🤫
In my role, one of the programs I manage is our e-learning content. I've been using Articulate for about 5 years and am excited to learn more about its AI functions to help speed up our processes.I have two cats and two kids, but as I'm at work and we have no access to cameras or personal devices inside the facility, I can't post any pictures.
KristinWalker-5 welcome! I promise we won't ask anything specific, but that sounds like a super cool job (one of my good friends was a community leader over are BAE, same deal!).
Excited to see what you learn with us here inside the Cohort and ELH, welcome again!

Hello everyone,
I'm Heather from Vancouver, Canada. I am a Sr. Learning & Development Specialist at Best Buy Canada where I've worked for the last, nearly, 6 years. I make training for our retail sales associates, leadership and distribution centres and love the variety of topics I get to work on because of this!
In my spare time I enjoy crochet, Irish dance, water colour painting and any other creative outlet I can find. I have 2 young kids and they keep me very busy with all their activities which also include Irish dance.
I joined the cohort to learn more about using the AI tools with Articulate but also to think about how we can push our training and content forward in new and different ways with the help of AI.With 2 young kids we are too busy to have pets so here are is a picture of some crochet Irish Dance dolls I have made for dancers at our studio to match their individual solo costumes.
HeatherMeehan-d oh my gosh these are the absolute coolest. We're a big craft group internally (ask Noele_Flowers some time about their "Craffle" in the larger community sometime 🤣). Right now my craft of choice is pottery, but I'm trying to expand over into some cross-stitch, nothing of this caliber though!
Excited to have you learning along with us, and hope you get a lot out of the cohort!Looove these crochet dolls! As Rachael_Silvano said, I'm a big crafter, too! On the crochet side, currently working on a granny square blanket.

Hello everyone, I am Carmen, Solution Training Coordinator at BorgWarner. I have been involved in training for over 20 years developing and delivering employee training for IT and administrative roles.
I joined this AI Assistant Certification Cohort because I am interested in how AI can support instructional design and e-learning development—especially in making content creation more efficient and personalized. I hope to gain hands-on ideas, best practices, and inspiration for meaningfully integrating AI into my daily work with tools like Articulate:-).
Well, I don't have any pets myself, but I have lots of visitors to my garden🦔.
I'm super excited to get started!

Hi everyone!
My name is Sissela, and I’m joining you from beautiful southern Sweden, where I work fully remote. I currently work at Thomson Reuters, but I actually started my journey 7.5 years ago at a company called Pagero, which later became part of Thomson Reuters about two years ago. It’s been quite an adventure!
We recently moved from our previous training setup to the Thomson Reuters learning ecosystem, which means I’m still fairly new to Articulate. But I’m super excited about it—the possibilities and functionalities already feel like such a step forward.
I also share my home office with my only in‑house colleague: Baloo the Beagle. He’s a master of procrastination and an expert at reminding me when it’s time for lunch. 🐶
Looking forward to learning together with all of you!

Happy to meet you, Sissela! I'm also with Thomson Reuters and one of our newer team members was part of Pagero, so you may know him (on the Salesforce Service Cloud team now). We'll have to connect, as I came from the Adobe Captivate world and have just started my journey with Articulate this past year.

Hi MaryAnn-W! Nice to meet you too. I had to take a look in WD who your team member are and yes I do know M very much 😃
Looking forward to connect with you!
Hi Sissela excited you've joined us! Though you're new to Articulate tools, I think you'll be surprised how fast your skills grow over the next two weeks in this cohort.
And Baloo is very dapper in his bow tie!

Hi everyone! I am excited for this training. I am a Digital Learning Developer who lives in Southern New Hampshire. I have worked at Unum (Life and Disability Insurance) for 25 years. I began designing and using Articulate about 3.5 years ago, and this is by far my favorite role yet in my quarter of a century with this company.
AI is fascinating to me, and I am really loving all the ways that it can make my life more efficient. I appreciate anything that brings efficiency in this crazy, fast-paced world. I am looking forward to learning more through this cohort.
Outside of work, I love to get lost in my Bravo drama shows, do crafts, and hang out with my husband and fur babies. My 4 crazy kitty monsters are more like toddlers than cats. I have never experienced a group of cats that are so crazy and challenging, and I have had 6 others in my adult life. They definitely keep life interesting.
Allen - almost 4Gracie also almost 4Baby Shae who is almost 3 (the child of Allen and Gracie)Felix (she is a she) who is almost 14 and weighs a whopping 25 poundsYou have some beautiful fur babies AmyTanguay! I love hearing that you've been using Articulate tools for 3.5 years -- you have some experience under your belt! I can't wait see how AI Assistant takes your skills to the next level.

Hi everyone! I’m Angela Neosa Cruz but you may call me Neo👋 I'm from the Philippines. I work as an Instructional Designer at Thomson Reuters, creating eLearning, ILT content, and other training materials.
I joined this Certification Cohort to grow my skills, learn best practices, and connect with fellow learning professionals. 😀
And here’s my beagle Chochi 🐶—my energetic little buddy at home!

Another TR Beagle 😍
Hi from Baloo in Sweden! Hey Neo welcome to the cohort! Chochi is so cute! Which does Chochi prefer -- Rise or Storyline?
- NeoCommunity Member
Hi, Alyssa! Thank you, happy to be part of the cohort! 😊
Between Rise and Storyline, Chochi definitely prefers Storyline — she says you can customize more, build deeper interactions, and really control the learner experience. Rise is great for quick, clean builds, but Storyline is her playground. 🐾✨
