Learning a system that doesn't make sense
I work with very old software that has rules that don't makes sense. Some agencies have a federal mandate to enter information into the system and it is difficult to explain what to do. I think this video would be a great piece to add to the training to highlight in a funny way how the process doesn't make sense but it still needs to be done.
