Cannot view presentation after publishing

For the last couple of days when I publish to SCORM in 360 Presenter, I get an error message when I try to view it. I can preview it but when I publish it, I just get an error message. I have just received an email from a colleague who uploads these presentations to our company LMS informing me that he is unable to upload these latest presentations also. It would appear that the manifest file is missing (see attached screenshot). Could somebody please point me in the right direction to fix this issue. These presentations are starting to pile up!
