Setting Minimum Amount of Time on Slide

Greetings. I have a deck that has an embedded video on a slide. The video is 11:27 in length, and I have restricted navigation, though learners can still click through without watching the entire video. 

I'm working off of Office Professional Plus 2016 and Articulate 360. How can I set a minimum amount of time mandatory for this slide?
