I am using SL 360 and created a course where I put video slide at the beginning. Previously a big play button and black screen were visible. but now I've added blank screen at the launch and put the trigger to jump on video slide when timeline reaches to 0sec. Its working fine. Now black screen and play button is not visible but audio is not working and timeline still goes forward. If I click anywhere, Audio plays.
Can anyone let me know, how can I play video without click?
The behavior you're experiencing is due to a policy being implemented on modern browsers that prevent the autoplaying of sound on a web page unless the user has interacted with the domain (click, tap, etc.). You can read more about this autoplay policy here.
You'll need to make sure that your learners interact with your course at least once in order for all media files to play without any issues for the duration of the course.
