BEST VIDEO SETTINGS - STORYLINE 360

I am currently developing a storyline 360 and i want the best quality video possible. I am aware that for filming 24fps is normally recommended for the Hollywood look, but have read that storyline publishes at 30fps. With that in mind has anyone got a suggestion for which would be the best framerate to shoot with (24 or 30) and would it make any difference?
The second question is can anyone suggest the best output settings when exporting from adobe media encoder.
Any advice and suggestions would be really appreciated

24 fps is common in animation, but digital video has been using higher fps for a while. 30 sounds right, and a lot of video software defaults to 29.9 fps (if memory serves).
Thanks Pierre, that's confirmed what I was beginning to suspect. From now on 30fps it is. Thank you 👍
