Can't start new Storyline project - SL360 crashes Mar 03, 2023 By Steve Jones Looks like there was an update and now I can't start a new project. Existing projects open fine, but when I try to start a new project I get a message: Storyline is not responding. Anything we can do to fix? I need to start a new project. Thanks, Steve.

Since the behavior appears to only be affecting newly created projects, I'd recommend doing a repair of your Storyline 360 installation to see if this helps.
