It’s an XML file, so if you want to go to the work and know the system, you can recreate it. Otherwise, the easiest way is to start over. Then when you have it like you want it, make a copy to use as a backup.
This is where it is in Windows 10, but you can search for workspace. C:\Users\Dad\AppData\Roaming\Articulate\Storyline\360\Workspace.xml
Here's what I have that I think controls the QAT. At least when I add items, if I have their name correct, they show up. I have SaveAs twice, because it is there, but doesn't have an icon. So two of them makes a large enough space I remember it's there.
Don't worry about messing things up; if SL doesn't like what it finds in this file, it just replaces it with the default, and you can still run. That's why I back it up before I test it.
