You should be able to publish to Word with no issues.
In Storyline 360, once you have your project complete, click on 'File', and then 'Publish'. On the next window that pops up, you'll want to select the 'Word' tab from the listing on the left. In the area on the right, you should be able to fill in any information for your project as well as choose a location to save your project next to the 'Folder:' heading. To finish, click on the 'Publish' button at the bottom and that should do it.
For Presenter 360, you'll want to make sure you are on the 'Articulate' tab in Microsoft PowerPoint. Once your project is complete, click on 'Publish' button from the top header and select 'Publish' again from the options that drop down. On the next windows that pops up, you should choose 'Word' from the listing on the left, and then fill in your project information in the area on the right. Be sure to select the proper location where you want to save your project as well as choosing the 'Presenter' and 'Output type' under the 'Properties' section. When complete, click on the 'Publish' button at the bottom, and that should do it.
Hopefully that helps and sorry for the long post! Good luck!
