Cannot Sign In to 360

Trying to open existing courses in Storyline, pop up says must be signed in to open. I click the 'Sign In' button and it brings up the sign in box but it is completely blank. Please update with status asap.

Hi Kelly,

Thanks for reaching out and letting us know that you're getting a blank sign-in box.

First, can I have you close the Articulate 360 desktop app (click on the red X and then head over to the system tray. There, right-click on the Articulate logo, and select Quit).

After that, please restart the machine and then try signing in again.
