Changing slide text in a SCORM package

Hello,

I need to remove one word in many SCORM packages, but I do not have the developer files to do so. I'm wondering if it's possible to modify slide text by updating the SCORM package directly. I found the related text in a .js file, but removing the word from the file did not change the output.

Is there an extra step I'm missing?
