Checking a short answer response for keywords?

I'm building a course in Storyline 360 where I'd like to present correct/incorrect feedback on a short answer question, using the presence/absence of certain words.

Does anyone have a clean way of doing this?

The question comes after presenting the user with a video of a patient with a medical condition. The short answer question is asking the user to diagnose the patient. So for example, I'd like to search the short answer response for "Covid" or "Covid-19" or "Coronavirus" in order to show a "correct" feedback layer.
