Course Hosting: Amazon S3 vs. Google Cloud

Hello All,
I am working on creating a portfolio and need to set up web hosting for my projects. I've watched Tom Kuhlmann's videos on Amazon S3 and Google Cloud that are linked to in several of the discussions and/or product sites on how to share courses.
I wanted to see if there are any particular pros/cons to one or the other. Also, are there any more current tutorial videos/information as to how to use the products, as the Amazon S3 video is from 2016 and the Google Cloud is from 2018, or are the products/steps essentially the same.
Thanks so much in advance!
Best,
Aimee

Not sure about pro/cons since for a course hosting site, it's probably as simple as can be for either.
The videos should still be mostly relevant.
Thank you so much for the quick reply!
Thank you!
Thank you again, Tom! A quick follow-up question: It seems the Cloudberry Explorer is no longer necessary? I was able to create an S3 account and upload the unzipped folder directly to the bucket and then got the index.html link there. Is there still a reason to use the Cloudberry Explorer? Thanks again.
Yes, you can upload directly from S3. I like using Cloudberry because I can manage my local and cloud folders. And I also have multiple S3 accounts I can switch to. Whatever works best for you is best. :)
Hi All - Here's an updated video for hosting eLearning on Google Cloud (the 2021 interface is a bit different). Hope this helps!
