Custom Quiz Question Scoring & LMS

Good morning everyone. The next skill that I am looking to learn is how to have our LMS capture quiz scores from Storyline (if I said that correctly). I have not started to learn it yet, but will soon.
In discussing with another ID who has some experience with this, he stated that he was not sure if you create a custom quiz question, instead of using a quiz question that comes with Storyline, can you still generate a score that the LMS will capture. He was not sure if that was possible.
I apologize if I am not using the correct terminology as I am not familiar with this skill yet. If you need me to clarify, please let me know.

You can create custom quiz questions by using Freeform question slides. Those can be added to a Results slide, which will allow you to track and report with your LMS. Take a look the articles below for additional information:
