Customizing Print Results Page Summary Headings HTML

Hi Everyone - I'm hoping someone with some HTML experience can help me. I have a an online assessment SL file that ends with a results page that summarizes many quizzes (branched by with remediation what learners got wrong in the initial assessment). 

I have the report almost the way I want it - showing only student responses and not the correct answer, however - for the results summary it shows the course title above every set of quiz results (see attached). How do I change this to only show the course name at the very top and then have the name of each quiz/topic above the results?

Any help anyone can give me would be much appreciated! I've also included my customized report file.
