Customizing Themes = Aggravation

I have carefully chosen my new theme colours in accordance with this guide:

So why is this what I see when I create a new slide with the theme applied? The title and the button shape are correct, but the body font and button font are practically unreadable. Light 1 is supposed to be the default on dark backgrounds and Dark 1 is supposed to be the default on light backgrounds, but that is clearly not the case here.

And then we have these horrific FB layers, where the button isn't even the right colour:

Help, please! The font contrast does NOT meet accessibility standards. I know I can customize the slide master and feedback master, but I shouldn't HAVE to...

Hi Heather!

I'm happy to help! I just created a project with a theme using the exact colors from your screenshot. I see something very different when adding slides, shapes, and buttons.

Which version of Storyline 360 are you using? I'm using Storyline 360 (Build 3.52.25156.0).

I've attached my project so you can see what this theme should look like.

Would you mind attaching your .story file as well?
