How to create drage and drop?:
1. 3 drage items 1 drop item. Users can only drage and drop 2 item in drop target when they try to drop another one , then the previous dropped item one will be returned that place.
The user only drop 2 items in drop target.

I can see that you've not defined any of the drag and drop items in the Form View:
Based on your questions, it sounds like you will need a custom design for your question, so I look forward to folks in the community chiming in to help.

how to set one drage item which is right any drop item
for example,
the word 'care' is 'noun' and also 'verb'
the user can drop 'verb or 'noun' box(which is always right in any drop traget).

I appreciate you sharing what you would like to create, Tamilmani.
Drag and drop interactions have a 1:1 setup, so I think a Pick One may fit your needs better.
I've attached an example.
thanks for reply Leslie, also the same file (how restrict user only drop 3 items in one drop box , when the user try to drop another one (that is 4th) then one dropped item will be return).
i checked ur file. two issues are there 1. I did correct answer only 2. i can't drop noun in verb box(because the user don't know exact correct answer) the user can drage any item and drop any box.
As Leslie says, what you want is beyond the scope of the native Drag and Drop. Using a Pick One interaction, I've created a drag and drop interaction that has about a dozen options that are not available in the native DnD. It contains options that can answer both of your questions. You can find it here:
