I have a problem with my office computer, which is:
Dell Optiplex 9010
Processor Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E31245 @ 3.30GHz
Video Card Quadro K2000
Ram 16 GB
SSD 120 GB
Windows 10
When I edit the slide, it did not appear the same as the preview (while it's supposed to be the same as in other computers). I have attached the screenshot for the detail.
I wonder if my computer is too old or it's just because of the software itself.
I have uninstalled an reinstall but it did not work.

I understand that you see a different slide layout in preview mode and edit mode.
You mention your office computer specifically, so are you getting a different result on another computer?
Do you know what version of Storyline you're using?
