Do you want to Exit?

Jan 10, 2022

Hello all. I will attempt to explain what I am trying to achieve.

I have an articulate page with a link to an intranet policy page. When the user clicks that link, has read the policies, they return to the list of 14 check boxes. They tick the checkboxes to say which policies they have read. (change state(show a tick), when clicked.)

If they have ticked all, trigger a congrats(layer) and the next button shows. If they do not tick all, but have clicked the link button, dont show next button,  show layer with a "are you sure" and an exit button.

I cant work out how to prove any/all check buttons have not been ticked. I can do it for one check button, but not any/all. I am sure I don't have to create triggers for all 14 buttons, do I? Thanks

Hi, Jonathan.

Thank you for reaching out!

If you can share a .story file, I'm happy to take a look and offer specific suggestions for your setup. In the meantime, my initial thoughts would be to create a trigger on a "Verify" button that shows either layer depending on the checked boxes.

In the example below, I have four checkboxes:

Windows 10 (1) 2022-01-10 at 3.42.19 PM

The layer Congrats will appear if all the boxes are selected (1 AND 2 AND 3...etc.), while the Are you Sure layer will come up if all the boxes (1 OR 2 OR 3...etc.) are not selected.

I hope this helps!
