Exit Course Trigger Won't Work

I have a short course that I created using slides from other courses. It works in Storyline preview mode. It works in Scorm Cloud. But when I publish it to an LMS the very last click on the Results slide does not close the course. The results display (showing the % of answers correct), but the window hangs and does not close the course. 

I have a trigger to exist the course when the user clicks a button. For some reason, that trigger is not working. Is it possible that something is corrupted and Storyline is not seeing the course as a course? I can't figure out why this trigger to close the course won't work. I can attach the files if someone could help me with this problem. Thank you.
