Getting completed status in LMS when it should be a fail or incomplete
I have a course that has graded questions. The learner has 3 tries at each question. If they take more than 3 tries, it automatically bumps the learner to a screen telling them they need to come in for personal coaching. The result should be incomplete or fail. If they make it through all of the question in 3 or less tries, the result will be complete based on a "Complete upon start of the timeline" trigger of the last slide.
They are getting completed status even if they fail.

I see that you've attached the published .zip folder. Do you mind also attaching the .story file? You can attach it to this public discussion or upload it privately in a support case.
I figured it out. It actually was the reporting. I had it set to Compete/incomplete rather than passed Failed. :-)
I do have two new issues though, if you would like to address those in my discussion.
