Not sure Jelle and Les if you noticed, but this discussion (and enhancement request) started 3 years ago and there has never been an enhancement... nor any indication that one might be forthcoming. Based on that, while Ashley very nicely chimed in - letting us know that Articulate is aware and says "We don't YET have a setting..." I wouldn't hold my breath if I were you.

Hi Les and Nancy, 

I'm really sorry to read we've let you down, Nancy. 

To be clear, our team does read, evaluate and track all feature requests shared here in ELH and submitted in the feature request form. Here's a little insight into what it takes to make a request go live. 

I know there hasn't been an enhancement to include the global notes setting, but we have implemented a number of updates based on feedback and even a switch of our notes formatting in Storyline 2.  With the shift to Articulate 360 as a subscription service, we've continued to listen to customer feedback and use that to help drive our roadmap. I'd like to share just a two specific Storyline examples of how we've done that since the release of Articulate 360:

Will Articulate always do a perfect job of acting on customer feedback?  We sure are working hard at it, and we're growing and improving all the time.  We hope you'll forgive any missteps along the way!
