I want to create a rubric that in instructor can complete as they observe the employee completing a task. This rubric would need to automatically total the points of each section of the form. How do I create a graded question that isn't wrong or right, but gives points on a scale from one to ten? See example.
The moral is that it takes a lot of work to do something when you don't use the best tool for the job. You can create what you want in SL, but your peas will taste funny. Lots of hours to create in SL, one formula and about 15 minutes in a spreadsheet.

I suggest you use a Likert-scale Survey question. Note that you'll have to include a Survey Results slide to have the responses submitted to an LMS.
