Graphics alignment differs between edit and preview

Hi people,

I have set some multiple response quiz questions using a slider button to select correct/incorrect. In edit mode I middle-align the off button with the outline:

When I preview some of the off buttons aren't middle-aligned.

Can this be improved?

Thanks for sharing screenshots of the behavior! It does appear that some of the circles are off by a few pixels. I opened a support case on your behalf so we can get you in touch with our support team to troubleshoot the issue. Someone will be reaching out to you shortly!
