help publishing errors Apr 19, 2023 By Grant Arendse Hi everyone I'm in desperate need of assistance, I'm getting an error when publishing a course. I get the same error when previewing the complete course

I see that Jurgen has been helping you, but I just wanted to pop in to ask some clarifying questions: Are you encountering this error with all of the files you attempt to preview/publish or one specifically? Are you publishing the course to Review 360, or a different destination such as to Web, Video, LMS? If you haven't tried it yet, I would suggest performing a repair of your Storyline software to see if that does the trick! I would also echo Jurgens' point about sharing your .story file with one of our support engineers so they can test the behavior on our end. We'll delete it from our system once troubleshooting is complete!

If you haven't tried it yet, I would suggest performing a repair of your Storyline software to see if that does the trick!
