One slide in the course has 10 videos to click and play, when they're all viewed, "next" button will be enabled. But some of the users(1 out of 3000+) didn't show all 10 buttons, then they stuck at this slide and won't be able to proceed. SCORM record won't be able to updated on this slide because of missing buttons.
The course package is huge and tested on SCORM Cloud without any issues.
I'm wondering if there's any function in Storyline to reset the SCORM and ask user to start from beginning.
