Hide video 2, 3 , 4 & 5 when video 1 is triggered to play
Nov 24, 2021
Hi.
This is somewhat complicated to explain so I'll try break it down into bite-sized chunks. Here goes...
I have a slide with five buttons and five corresponding videos. The videos are short animations of an illustrated cog spinning, with slight variations.
The videos have been designed to fill the slide, with the cog animation offset to the left, leaving room on the right of the screen for the buttons to sit. Each video is stacked on top of each other. See attached screengrab.
My aim is to create a trigger on each button that when clicked triggers the corresponding video to play. That part is easy enough, the complication comes with the fact that as the videos are stacked on top of each other, the other four videos need to be hidden once the selected video begins playing.
A further complication is that it's important that the trigger buttons remain on screen while the video is playing.
I'd hugely appreciate any support to help me achieve this.
Thanks,
Stuart.

probably best to build it all as layers the buttons and cogs could be on a layer that is shown after the video layer is shown and set to resume saved state
Thanks Phil. I think I follow what you're suggesting so will give that a try.
