Hotspots in 360 images

Oct 12, 2021

Hi,

One issue I'm having is that hotspots will show to the user one way or another, even when "Reveal Hotspots" is turned off. When the user click a hotspot, it will still show. This looks very unprofessional sometimes, for example if you use a large hotspot to cover a skybox, etc.
Please make it possible to not show hotspots to the user at all.

The other issue is when you turn "Reveal Hotspot" off, you no longer have the possibility to "Pulse Hotspots when unvisited". That pulsing square is very nice to give the user a hint that around here you can click and something will happen, especially when not revealing the Hotspot itself.
You should also make it possible to change the shape and graphics of the pulsing icon.

One last point; make it possible to create hotspots in perfect circles and other shapes besides only square and freeform.

My 2 cents,

Tommy

Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback!

When the Reveal Hotspots option is unchecked, clicking any area of the hotspot displays its entire shape and thickens its border: 360 Degree Images: Understanding How Hotspots Behave.

Enabling just the Pulse Hotspots If Unvisited option and adding hotspots in other shapes isn't an option at this time. These are great suggestions that would be perfect for sharing in the form of a feature request for our team to review!
