How to get rid of the "Thank You" for feedback on questions?

Hi All! I am playing around in Storyline and am creating quizzes. I want a freeform quiz with no scoring and tailored feedback to each answer. However, when I went into preview, there is a "Thank You" above the feedback. It also looks like the entire screen is grayed out. Any ideas on how to get rid of the "Thank You" and potentially avoid a gray screen?
