You need to publish it, make it available for them to access it digitally, and make it accessible to them.
Best option is if you and they have access to a Learning Management System (LMS). If you do, publish for LMS, upload to the LMS, and make it available to them. You may need the IT people help you know how and where to put it on the LMS, and if it needs to be zipped.
Next best option is to publish for the web, upload the entire folder to a place where they have access, and send them a link to the story.html file. Be sure to choose a place where they all have access, or where you can give them access. You can do this on a local network, or some place like Amazon's S3.
