What setting should we use if we only want HTML5 Scorm package or whatever is most recent. What is the recommended selection for publishing? Please note we are trying to ensure we do not use HTML5 with fallback, as it is not compatible with our new system.

Since Adobe discontinued Flash at the end of 2020, Storyline has been using HTML5. The publishing format (for web, LMS, Word, etc.), depends on how you plan to distribute your Storyline courses.
