Importance of Training Content

Hi loving all the examples here and have 'borrowed' a few - will tag creator if I use any.

Does anyone have any content relating to the importance of Training e.g. attempting a task before and after receiving training - it can be anything from running a marathon, or work based examples.

Thank you yes, I will definitely get good info there. I am looking for some specific examples of a scenario where the value of training is evident e.g. (yes totally lazy) looking for inspiration.

We are putting together a GMP compliance package for all colleagues and have to highlight the importance of training, both in working life and real life examples.
