I have a slide with a number of numeric entry fields. The students are required to prioritise some of those fields by entering priorities from 1 to 4. The submit button is disabled. A trigger has been included "Change state of submit button to Normal when the user presses 1 after clicking on this slide". The problem I am having is that it does not work consistently for all users. For some users the submit button does not change states.
Would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can take a look at how your slides and triggers are setup? It would be helpful if you could include steps that your learners are taking to arrive at the behavior, so we can test the issue as accurately as possible.
