Is there a way to edit font size & color of the notes throughout a project in Storyline 360? As I understand, this is one of the promised features for Storyline 360, but I cannot find a way to do it. Please help. Thank you!
So I am brand spanking new to Storyline (and Power Point for that matter) forgetting the slide notes for a second and I am asking here as I cannot seem to find any information anywhere.
My Scenario, I have approx. 41 exams imported using SCORM formatted excel tables and now am applying backgrounds to the the slides and my backgrounds are all black and I am able to import them to every slide at once no problem, however my issue is that the default font color when importing from excel is black text on blank white slide so when I change my background you can no longer see the text, now I can change the font color to white (somehow I figured out how to change it for the slide headings all at once) but for the life of me I cannot seem to do this without changing them individually a slide at a time.
You can setup Slide masters and then apply those layouts to your slides. You can then use Theme colors to create a consistent text color in your course.

You can manually adjust the font size and color in the notes section on each slide. Currently, this cannot be done universally. We do have a feature request logged for the option to globally format notes. I'll add your vote and will be sure to update this discussion if this makes it to our feature roadmap. You can learn more about formatting notes, here.
Please let me know if you have additional questions!
Hi Kelly, One thing to consider in the interim is that the default size of the notes is TINY, almost unreadable... I think it's 9 pt. If global formatting is not on the horizon, could the size be updated to something that is at least more user friendly?
are there any updates on this? One thread above mentioned that the procedure only works with a Classic Player Style. But if I wanted to do a Modern Player Style, I don't have a choice but to change the font colors on each slide manually like a caveman. :(

Another vote for global font size control in the Notes.

Sorry for the long winded explanation
Please tell me there is a way to do this.
:)

Is there a way to globally change the notes?
No. It's been requested as a feature, but so far only crickets from Articulate.

I'm aware of the ability to do this by slide. Would save a lot of time to be able to do this globally.
+1 for making the default font size larger.
We still need this!
Would love to be able to customize the Notes text easily across the whole project!
