Issue Publishing Word Doc

I need to publish a word doc of one of my courses. I have tried multiple times to publish it. It goes through the process of publishing it, but when I go to view the .zip file or view the document nothing happens and then I get the "something went wrong" screen. I have been able to successfully publish other courses into word without any issues. I have updated the software to the most recent version of SL 360 but still running into the issue. Any other ideas on how I can get this course published into a word document?

James,
Can you share the .story file with me? If so, I can try to publish to Word and see if I can recreate the problem. I am running the most recent version of Storyline 360 (v3.60.26947.0)

No worries James. I'm sure you will find the solution!

I am experiencing the same issue. It didn't matter if I reverted to previous versions or not.
James - Were you able to find a resolution with Articulate Support?
Update: On my end it looks like it is related to publishing a word document that contains slide notes because when I uncheck that check box I am able to get the file to publish. Do you have that same experience James?
Hi Scott,
I reached out to Articulate Support and the issue with mine was that I had a special character in the file name when trying to publish. Once they removed the special character they were able to then get it to publish. I had notes in mine and it was able to publish after removing the special character. You may want to check to ensure that when you go to Publish there isn't any type of special character entered into the file name. They had to copy and paste the file name into a word/note doc and then fix it there and then copy it back into the name under the publish option. Hope this helps!
