Hello, when my client was testing a "Storyline published to CD" course, he left the course open for a while (he did not exit), and when he returned and restarted the course from the beginning, he could not get the audio to play again unless he completely exited and relaunched the course. I cannot recreate this issue using my PC. Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a workaround?
I do not see any similar issues reported, but I'm happy to test this on my end! Do you mind sharing the course with me? You can upload it privately using this link.

Unfortunately, I can't recreate the issue with your project. I opened the course and moved to the third slide. I let the course sit for a little over an hour and then returned. As I continued through the course, the audio played.
Thank you so much for taking the time to investigate this! I think for now we will consider this as a "fluke." If it keeps happening, I'll look into what platforms different users are using. Thanks again!
