1) How do I get the "RESOURCES" and "EXIT" tabs to be lowercase in the player? In the Text Labels options, I made them lowercase, yet they still show up full caps.
2) I have a .docx file in my Resources tab. Nothing happens when I click it either in preview mode or when published to Review 360. Any thoughts?
How do I get the "RESOURCES" and "EXIT" tabs to be lowercase in the player?
Uppercase is a feature of the modern player that can't be modified. If your design allows, the workaround would be to switch to the classic player for your project.

When you preview the file, the link won't be active, but it should work when published to Review 360. Can you confirm that:
Your file is saved and uploaded from your local (C:) drive?
The file name is not too long and doesn't contain punctuation?

I made the file name shorter and simpler and it worked. Thank you!
