I am not an expert on SL so I would appreciate your support so I can support the rest of my team building these knowledge checks in SL. See attachment please.
Some colleagues are able to select the answer but other can't. When I tested I was able to select if I do my selection during the timeline of the slide bar. When the slide bar ends the screen becomes unclickable to to select.
Is this the reason why some learners can't select, and what should I do?

It sounds like you have a trigger deactivating something when the timeline ends or you are pausing the timeline which will deactivate things.
