LMS / IT experts in selling training courses online

Hello Articulate Community, apologies for the long post but I am currently lost in the world of LMS, WordPress PlugIn LMS, Cloud LMS, TMS, MarketPlace solutions etc. 

A bit of background: My employers are a specialist company that helps pharma companies get their drug products to market, from launch to reimbursement.  This includes upskilling our clients about different aspects of the product journey, from launch to reimbursement and beyond. Part of my role is to develop training courses in Articulate or PowerPoint. Unfortunately, this is then where my limited knowledge ends as we then send the ZIP folder to our clients so that they upload the training module to their own LMS systems for deployment to the relevant learners.

Objective: As we have so much valuable training content for a specialist subject area, I have been tasked with finding out how we can leverage our training materials and if there is an opportunity for our company to sell our courses online to other companies (other than the clients the content was originally developed for) via a subscription model / LMS?

Issue: Having done a bit of research on selling training courses online, it appears that we require an LMS system / TMS system? However, this is a mine field of technical jargon that I haven't a clue about as there appears to be far too many options (CloudLMS, WordPress PlugIn LMS, MarketPlace solutions such as Udemy etc) and I don't know where to start to be honest.

Ideal Outcomes: 

• Easy access and control with limited resource requirement from our company, preferably cloud based as we don't want to invest in our own server
• Single sign-on - so that clients buying access to the training modules don't have to have separate log-in details, i.e. they would ideally log on using their current company login details
• If a learner completes a training module then the tracking and reporting to be integrated with their own LMS system. Is this possible?
• A proof of concept so we can sell to companies

Questions:

• Is an LMS the right option for this? If so, Cloud Based or WordPress Plug in?
• How do potential companies (clients) purchase access to our courses?
• Do we keep 100% of the revenue if we sell our courses via a Cloud based LMS such as TalentLMS / iSpring etc?
• Are there any other options for us to sell our training courses online?
