I'm having a low-resolution issue when uploading an MP4 created in Camtasia 2021 to Storyline. Here's what I've fiddled with thus far:
Upped the frame rate to 60 and quality to 75% in Camtasia before exporting
Upped Properties > Quality > Video quality to 9 (higher quality) in the Storyline Publish menu
Even after this, the resolution is still fuzzy, not clear and crisp. The only other thing I can think of is I scaled the dimensions down (proportionally) to fit a certain area on the screen. This doesn't seem to be a factor as the video is still fuzzy even when imported and not scaled up/down.

We're happy to help! Are you seeing the blurriness when previewing the project and publishing it? Or is the video blurry in Story View?
It would be helpful to take a look at your project to see what might be getting in the way! Can you upload it to us privately in a support case?
I'm not seeing it (blurriness) during the preview and during publishing, but not in the Story View.
