Mutiple Text Entry Field Activity Error

Hello,

I am developing an activity assessment for learners to take following a live training coming up in a few months. Two of the activities are "complete the sentence" but have multiple text entry fields. I found this video  when i did a search for text entry activities on this forum. 

I followed the steps and every worked in the preview. When I published to Review 360, and tried to type the words in the spaces, a marker appears below with the answer. I don't want this. I didn't develop this. I can't figure out why this is appearing. Is it a flaw when publishing the course to Review 360? I don't want the learner to know what answer to put. 

 

Does anyone have any idea how this appeared and how to get rid of it?

I'm sorry to hear you're hitting this snag; this should not be happening, and I understand how frustrating this issue can be.

Can you share your Storyline file with us so we can look at what you have set up and run some tests in Review 360? You may also share it with us privately by sending it along here. We'll delete it when we're done testing.

I am new to creating multiple text entry fields and I, too, used the steps in the video to create my slide. Everything seems to be set up exactly as shown in the video, but when I select the Submit button in preview, I receive an error message "Invalid Answer. You must complete the question before submitting". 

I checked everything and the only thing I could find that may cause the issue was the Submit Interaction trigger was above the correct/incorrect button states with conditions. Moving that to the end did not work either. 

Any other setup options I need to adjust? Thanks!
