My SL 360 course keeps crashing a new copy gets created

Hi,

 

My SL 360 course keeps crashing and a new copy gets created automatically, which is also not opening. This has happened to me twice now. Also, it takes too long to save a copy.

 

I am worried about losing all my hard work. Pl help

Hi Priyanka!

It looks like you might have OneDrive or dropbox automatically syncing your files. This is creating multiple copies of your project and leading to corruption issues. To fix this, you'll want to pause syncing, duplicate your .story file and place it on your desktop, and then open the .story file in Storyline. You can back up your courses to OneDrive or Dropbox, but you don't want to be working on a course while it's syncing to one of those services.
