Hi, hoping someone can share any thoughts as to why a page doesn't display a button for a small group of our learners completing a course. We've had over 200 learners successfully navigate through the course but around 10 people are reporting that the 'next' button doesn't appear for them to be able to continue. Note that I have used a button on the slide for the learner to use to navigate and have turned off the player control for 'next'.
It sounds like only a small portion of your learners aren't seeing the next button in a course. Are those ten people using a specific browser or even a specific device?
Hi Lauren, thank you for your reply. The LMS platform we use requires the learners to open in Chrome, which we checked and they were. In terms of device, they would all be on a Windows 10 Dell laptop of some description, maybe not necessarily the exact same model though. I've edited the SL file, moved the button forward 2/3 seconds and re-published the file and it has worked for them, so strange!
