I'm happy to share that we have released a new update for Storyline 360 (Build 3.78.30680.0).
In this update, we have implemented a fix for:
- Audio didn't play when revisiting courses on iOS devices with silent mode enabled.
As a first step, I recommend updating Storyline 360 to the latest version. Here's how:

I believe that is hardware issue with Apple devices
Looks like it might be a decision by Articulate as YouTube in safari plays fine with silent switch on.

If anyone is experiencing a similar issue, the current workaround is to turn the mobile device off of silent mode.
