Online content does not work from tablet (successfactors platform)

Hello,
my client uses online content uploaded to Successfactors. Accessing from a tablet (they do not use the SSFF app) the contents are not displayed. An error message pops up and even trying to clear the cache, switch browsers etc it doesn't work anyway.

Below the error that is displayed: "Please report the following error to your system administrator: Ticket <some random number>"
