I use Articulate-created modules and I get this error with two users on our Oracle Fusion LMS. The rest of the people in the location are ok but these receive that error for both courses done with Articulate Storyline and Rise.

thanks for your reply. I am following up with Oracle too, but wanted to get feedback from Articulate users too. It is a weird error that happens to 2 people among thousands. Could be a PC set up too, but I am exploring all options.
The JS is enabled. We use the same browser in the company - same version, etc. One would expect that things are the same, but we have had issues due to people not/being in Active Directory groups and other Microsoft setup things.

Thanks for reaching out and sharing what you are experiencing with a couple of your users. It sounds like it may be specific to your LMS.
Were you able to follow up with Oracle Fusion on the debug window created by these users?

Can you check if they have javascript enabled, also I often use this to collect system data
